Continuous quality assurance of services provided is the basis for satisfied customers and follow-up orders. This makes quality assurance and process reliability two of the major elements of every planning task.
The certification according to DIN EN 9001:2015-11 has not become any more practical for engineering firms in its 2015 revision, and in our view it remains a standard for the manufacturing industry. Certification and recertification does not offer a significant quality advantage.
For this reason, we decided in favour of our own quality and process manual and against certification. The quality is nevertheless guaranteed for you. This is also confirmed every year by the Chamber of Engineers by a new certificate.
